Boniface C. Nwugwo, the Principal Consultant, has over 25 years of experience in the software business including systems engineering, software testing, software quality assurance, software development and management in both small and large organizations. Prior to BTC Technologies, he spent 16 years at Eastman Kodak Company in various technical and leadership positions including serving as software development engineer, software test engineer, software quality engineer, quality assurance manager, test manager, software project manager and manager of a software development center of excellence. During his long tenure at Kodak, Boniface led test and quality teams in testing real-time, embedded, host-based digital imaging, document imaging, and financial software products. He has led quality process improvement activities in software development organizations, including leading Kodak’s Washington Development Center to achieve CMM Levels 2 & 3.
As president and chief technical officer of BTC Technologies, LLC for over 9 years, he has led the organization in successful ventures combining the realms of information systems and the Internet.
Boniface is a graduate of State University of New York at Brockport New York, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and a Master of Public Administration in Information Management Systems. He also holds a Master’s degree in Software Development & Management from Rochester Institute of Technology, New York and a Ph.D. in Information Technology Management from Capella University School of Business, Minneapolis/St. Paul, MN.
Francisca is a seasoned materials engineer turned healthcare professional with over 14 years experience in the formulating of policies and strategic plans for future growth of an organization. She is responsible for daily operations of personnel, purchasing, and administration.
Francisca is a graduate of University of Maryland Baltimore, where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree and a Master of Science in Nursing Administration.She also holds a bachelor’s degree in metalurgical & materials engineering from the College of Technology Owerri, Nigeria.
